1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 33bc platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, financial transactions, and support services available through the 33bc website at https://33bc.club ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 33bc ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside the 33bc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 33bc. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. 33bc reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 33bc Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33bc strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your real name, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and date of birth.
• You must not already hold an active 33bc account. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be a 33bc employee, agent, contractor, or an immediate family member of any such person, nor acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.

33bc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when a compliance review is triggered. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 33bc account credentials. Specifically:

• You must keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity carried out through your account — including bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims — will be treated as authorized by you, whether or not you personally undertook each action.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 33bc support immediately at [email protected]. 33bc will take reasonable steps to investigate but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• 33bc may suspend or terminate your account if it detects unusual activity that suggests a breach of these Terms, a security risk, or suspicious behavior.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

33bc processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad. The minimum deposit via Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) is ৳200. These minimums are subject to change and the current limits are always displayed in the cashier section after login.
• 33bc does not charge fees on deposits processed via bKash or Nagad. Transaction fees levied by the payment provider on their side are outside 33bc's control and are the responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined. This rule applies without exception.
• 33bc reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Where verification is required, processing may be delayed until satisfactory documentation has been received.
• Deposits that remain unused and unclaimed for a period of 180 days or more may be subject to inactivity processing in accordance with 33bc's internal account management procedures.

All financial transactions on 33bc are processed in good faith. In the event of a technical error, incorrect crediting, or system malfunction resulting in a payment being made in error, 33bc reserves the right to correct the error and recover any amounts incorrectly credited. Players are obliged to notify 33bc of any such error immediately upon becoming aware of it.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

33bc offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover requirement for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, or device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 33bc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a bonus is active in your account and rollover has commenced, it will not be retroactively cancelled unless abuse is detected.
• Bonus funds must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeit automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Seasonal promotions (including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL) are subject to their own individual terms and will be communicated clearly on the promotional page at the time they are active.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 33bc Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 33bc does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been accepted by the system, except in cases of demonstrable technical error on our part.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet. 33bc reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a sports event being suspended, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement will follow the standard rules for the relevant sport as applied by 33bc at the time. For cricket, this includes BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events. In-play markets may be voided if a match is abandoned mid-play.
• 33bc uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology in all slot and virtual games. The outcomes of all games are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the Platform or by any player action outside the rules of the game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 33bc Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, or depositing funds sourced from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and written consent, or allowing a minor to access your account.

33bc employs real-time monitoring tools to detect unusual patterns of play or account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 33bc will act promptly and proportionately. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may contact support at [email protected] to request a review.

8. Responsible Gaming

33bc is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel gambling is becoming a problem may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits, bets, or bonus claims can be made.
• Session reminders: Players can set session time alerts to receive a notification after a defined period of play, helping maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bc Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, and interface design — is the property of 33bc or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 33bc content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if 33bc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33bc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, accuracy of odds, or the outcome of any game or sporting event. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Amendments to These Terms

33bc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 33bc will endeavor to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your account balance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the 33bc Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion with 33bc support shall be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in 33bc's internal compliance procedures. 33bc does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
